3rd Line IT Support Engineer

Technopeak.ae is a leading provider of IT solutions and services across the Middle East. As our Remote Support division continues to expand, we are looking for an experienced and reliable 3rd Line Server Support Engineer to join our team.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in resolving complex IT infrastructure issues, enjoys working across a wide technology stack, and values continuous improvement and high-quality service delivery.

• Handle 3rd line support tickets (complex incidents and service requests);
• Participate in infrastructure analysis and make recommendations for upgrades and improvements;
• Support project implementation across various technical domains;
• Troubleshoot server-side issues, virtualization platforms, and networking problems;
• Document resolutions, infrastructure changes, and create internal technical documentation;
• Communicate clearly with customers and teammates, ensuring transparency and reliability.

• 3–5 years of experience in system administration or 3rd line server support;

• Solid hands-on experience with:

  • Windows Server OS (2008–2016), Active Directory, DNS;
  • Microsoft Exchange (2013–2019), Office 365;
  • Virtualization: Hyper-V, VMware ESXi;
  • Backup solutions: Veeam, Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud;
  • PowerShell scripting and automation;
  • Networking: LAN/WAN, routers, switches, firewalls;
  • Cloud platforms: Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform, Google Workspace;
  • IP Telephony systems (preferably 3CX);
  • Endpoint security and identity/access management tools.
• Certification in MCSA, MCSE, Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900), or similar is preferred;
• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency is required; Russian is a strong plus;
• Higher education in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Fast learner, eager to grow, willing to follow internal processes and instructions precisely;
• Strong professional communication skills and service-oriented mindset.
