Infrastructure Projects Engineer - RU

Technopeak.ae is one of the leading providers of IT solutions and services operating in the Middle East.

As our client base continues to grow, we are expanding our Onsite IT Support team. We are looking for a Computer Engineer who will not only provide day-to-day technical support, but also actively participate in infrastructure projects for our customers across the UAE.

This role is ideal for an engineer who enjoys working directly with clients, implementing IT solutions on-site, and supporting infrastructure deployments and upgrades.

• Participate in customer infrastructure projects including deployment, upgrades, and configuration of IT systems and workplace environments.
• Install, configure and relocate IT equipment including workstations, printers, network devices and related hardware.
• Assist in implementation and rollout of Microsoft-based environments (Windows 10/11, Office 365, Active Directory).
• Perform on-site troubleshooting and incident resolution for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Support infrastructure upgrades such as workstation rollouts, office IT setup, user migrations, and equipment replacements.
• Provide first-level technical support to users via ticketing system, email, phone, and on-site visits.
• Set up new users including user accounts, mailboxes, and workstation preparation.
• Diagnose technical issues, guide users through solutions, or escalate incidents to relevant teams when required.
• Maintain accurate documentation and update the ticketing system with all actions taken and progress made.
• Act as a technical point of contact for customers during onsite visits and infrastructure activities.
• Work closely with internal technical and sales teams during project implementations.
• Continuously develop technical knowledge across supported software, hardware, and infrastructure technologies.

• Degree or diploma in Computer Science, IT, or a related technical field.
• At least 2 years of IT support experience in Dubai (important).
• Experience participating in IT infrastructure deployments or workplace setup projects will be a strong advantage.
• Ability to install, configure, upgrade and relocate PC hardware, software and printing devices.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for PC hardware and Windows environments.
• Experience with Microsoft technologies including Windows OS, Office 365 and basic Active Directory administration.
• Knowledge of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DHCP, VLAN, DNS, and related infrastructure components.
• Ability to independently diagnose and resolve technical issues in client environments.
• Russian language — conversational or fluent level (required) for communication with part of the client base.
• Fluent English spoken and written.
• UAE driving license is an advantage.
• Candidate must currently be located in the UAE.
