We are looking for a Key Account Manager who will become a trusted partner to our clients, reinforce our account management team, and deliver exceptional service at every touchpoint. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with English-speaking clients, dive into the dynamic IT industry, and leverage your skills in a fully remote setting.

Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management: Support and retain existing clients by understanding their needs, offering tailored solutions, and fostering long-term loyalty.
  • Account Maintenance: Manage and renew software licenses and service contracts within the current client base.
  • Request Handling: Process incoming inquiries from both existing and prospective clients.
  • Upselling & Cross-Selling: Recommend equipment and IT solutions aligned with client needs, driving additional sales.
  • Administrative Tasks: Prepare invoices, resolve disputes, and ensure timely documentation.
  • Logistics Coordination: Oversee equipment deliveries, liaise with suppliers, and track issue resolution by technical teams.
  • System Workflows: Utilize ERP (1C), CRM (Bitrix24), and OTRS systems to manage incidents and maintain records.
  • Performance Goals: Meet KPIs related to client retention and additional revenue generation.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Russian and English, with excellent communication skills via phone and email.
  • Proven ability to find solutions in challenging situations and take responsibility for results.
  • Strong self-management and organizational skills in a remote work environment.
  • Familiarity with the sales cycle and document workflow (invoices, orders, etc.).
  • Proactive, multitasking, and client-oriented mindset, with the ability to stay composed under pressure.
