Project Manager

TechnoPeak UAE is a leading provider of IT solutions and services operating in the Middle East.

As our project office continues to expand, we are looking for a project manager to join our technical team. This role is crucial in ensuring the successful execution of IT projects, managing presales activities, and maintaining high-quality client engagement. • Develop and maintain key project documentation (project charter, scope documents, risk and issue management plans, etc.)
• Oversee project planning and execution, ensuring on-time delivery and budget adherence
• Manage stakeholder engagement and communication plans, providing regular status updates
• Ensure compliance with quality assurance standards and company best practices
• Handle change management processes and oversee project handovers and closure
• Conduct post-implementation reviews and lessons-learned assessments

• 3+ years of experience in IT project management, including presales and execution
• Expertise in project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, or similar)
• Strong leadership skills and experience managing cross-functional teams (engineers, presales specialists)
• Deep understanding of IT infrastructures, cloud services, system administration, and presales processes
• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into actionable plans
• Upper-intermediate or higher English proficiency for client communication
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

This position is for a small startup, TechnoPeak UAE, with a team of 40+ people. Our scale is far from enterprise-level, and so is our budget—please keep that in mind.
