We are an international IT partner for SMB clients in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Our mission is to build reliable IT infrastructures: networks, servers, VoIP, backups, cloud services, migrations, and full managed support.

We are looking for a Sales Executive with proven experience in phone and online sales, capable of engaging clients from the first outreach and driving them to qualified meetings.

Responsibilities

  • Make cold and warm calls to our potential clients in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
  • Conduct online meetings with clients: present our services, identify needs, and justify solutions.
  • Work closely with Account Managers and Project Managers, handing over qualified leads.
  • Test new sales approaches and hypotheses (scripts, channels, formats).
  • Keep communication history clean and structured in CRM.
  • Work in ERP to manage part of the sales cycle: create opportunities, track stages, and maintain accurate records.

Requirements

  • Experience in phone sales (cold and warm) in Dubai and/or Abu Dhabi.
  • Strong skills in conducting online/offline client meetings and presentations.
  • Ideally, experience in IT services sales (AMC, MSP, SaaS, infrastructure, cloud).
  • Fluent English (Russian is a plus).
  • Strong communication skills, flexibility, and creativity in sales approaches.
  • Responsibility and accuracy when working with CRM/ERP systems.
  • A proactive mindset and willingness to grow in sales.
