Technopeak is looking for an experienced Senior Sales Representative to join our Dubai team. The role focuses on developing new business opportunities in the SME segment and building long-term client relationships in the UAE market. The ideal candidate has strong consultative sales skills, experience in B2B technology services, and fluent spoken Russian as a client-specific requirement, which is essential for communication with a significant part of our client base.

This role combines remote sales activities with in-person meetings and client visits across Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

Responsibilities

  • Actively identify and attract new clients in the small and medium business segment through both cold and warm sales.
  • Present Technopeak’s core services, including AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts) and MSSP (Managed Security Services).
  • Conduct online and in-person meetings with potential clients, identify their business and technical needs, and propose appropriate solutions.
  • Visit client offices in Dubai and Abu Dhabi to develop relationships and support the sales process.
  • Generate and qualify new business opportunities and expand the existing client base.
  • Work with current clients to increase sales volume by offering additional services and solutions.
  • Maintain accurate and structured records of client interactions and opportunities in CRM (Bitrix24) and ERP (1C) systems.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, account management, and customer support teams.
  • Test and implement new sales approaches, scripts, channels, and formats.
  • Negotiate and close deals, contributing to company revenue growth.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.

Requirements

  • Fluent spoken English and Russian (mandatory).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in B2B sales, preferably in IT services, managed services, or technology solutions.
  • Ability to conduct client meetings both online and on-site.
  • Experience working with CRM and ERP systems.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented approach to sales.
