Team Lead - Remote IT Support

Our IT department is rapidly expanding to support our growing client base. As part of this growth, we are looking for a motivated and experienced Team Lead to join our Remote IT Support Team.

• Lead and guide the IT support team to meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) set by management;
• Oversee the resolution of support tickets, including incident resolution and service requests;
• Escalate complex cases as needed and ensure proper documentation is maintained;
• Provide a high level of technical support to international clients within SLA and ensure timely ticket resolution;
• Troubleshoot and provide desktop support for Windows OS, Mac OS, MS Office programs (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive/SharePoint), and O365 Admin Portal;
• Work with Active Directory, mail service support, and troubleshooting (Exchange Online, Google Mail, C-Panel, Bluehost).

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years in support team leadership, 5+ in IT systems
• MCSA/MCSE or equivalent certification
• Proficient in: Windows/Mac OS, Exchange, O365, networking, Azure AD, InTune
• Upper-Intermediate English (Arabic – optional)

Preferred (Nice-to-Have)

• CCNA or similar networking certifications
• PowerShell scripting or database familiarity
• Experience in hybrid (remote + onsite) environments
